Security and responsible reporting

BiteWise3D is an educational simulator for adults. It is not designed to receive patient records, PHI or identifiable patient scans. Please keep patient information out of the simulator, correspondence and reviews.
Current access model
The simulator uses shared private access, with a separate password for organizer monitoring. This release does not offer individual accounts, organization roles or school tenant data storage. Browser counts estimate presence; they do not verify a person's identity.
Reporting a concern
Email admin@allegro3d.net with a concise description and minimal non-sensitive evidence. Do not send passwords, tokens, patient content or another person's private information. Please allow us to investigate before disclosing technical exploit details publicly.
Contacting us does not authorize intrusive testing of hosted services. Obtain an agreed written scope before testing, and do not access others' information or disrupt availability.
Review status
We conduct internal code and dependency reviews and address identified issues before releases. This statement is not an independent penetration-test report, SOC 2 report, ISO 27001 certificate or a regulatory-compliance certification. We do not claim those assessments for this release.
