Access and educational purpose

You must be at least 18 to use the simulator and have permission to use its shared access password. Individual accounts and school-specific administration are not included in this release. Keep access credentials private.

BiteWise3D is an educational simulation. Its models, contact marks and feedback are not patient-specific diagnosis, treatment planning, measurements of bite force, professional advice or certification of clinical competence. Do not rely on the simulation to make decisions about an actual patient.

Permission and acceptable use

Subject to these terms and any written agreement, Allegro3D grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the service for its authorized educational purpose. Allegro3D and its licensors retain their rights in the software, model assets, branding and instructional materials. Third-party components remain subject to their applicable licenses.

Do not evade access controls, access another person's information without authorization, introduce malicious code, disrupt the service or redistribute proprietary model assets without permission. Do not submit any patient content, PHI, identifiable scans or clinical records through the service or correspondence. Security testing of hosted services requires an agreed written scope; a disclosure contact does not grant testing permission.

Your content, feedback and reviews

This release does not provide a public upload or content-hosting service. You retain ownership of original feedback or correspondence you send. You permit us to use and reproduce it only as reasonably needed to respond, provide the requested service and investigate issues, subject to the Privacy Notice and applicable law. Obtain necessary permissions for another person's content and exclude patient or confidential third-party information.

We will seek separate permission before using an identifiable private message as a public testimonial. Reviews submitted to Trustpilot are governed by Trustpilot's terms and publication controls. These terms do not transfer ownership of your reviews, penalize honest criticism or require a positive review.

Availability and changes

We may maintain or change the service or restrict access to address misuse, security, legal requirements or the end of an authorized trial. We will provide notice where practicable and legally required. This release does not promise uninterrupted access, permanent storage of in-browser exercise records or an institutional service-level agreement.

The service is provided as available for educational use. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular clinical purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, warranties or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Paid subscriptions, institutional data-processing obligations and school onboarding require separate arrangements.

Privacy and external services

The Privacy Notice describes current information handling. Acceptance of these terms does not provide blanket consent to unrelated tracking or marketing. Third-party websites and Trustpilot reviews are governed by their own policies. Their content or availability is not a clinical endorsement.

Governing law and voluntary dispute resolution

Please contact admin@allegro3d.net with a dispute and the resolution you seek. Neither party must miss a legal deadline or give up an urgent remedy while attempting informal resolution. Subject to mandatory protections of applicable law, Delaware law governs these terms, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.

Arbitration is voluntary. After a dispute arises, the parties may agree in writing to mediation or binding arbitration under mutually agreed procedures. These terms do not impose mandatory pre-dispute arbitration, a class-action waiver, a jury-trial waiver or removal of small-claims rights. Nothing restricts contacting a regulator or reporting unlawful conduct.
